Westside Senior GuideSenior living help for LA's Westside

Free. One business day. One advisor, never a call list.

Tell us what's going on

The more you share, the more prepared the advisor is when they call, and the fewer times you have to repeat the hard parts of this story.

What happens after you hit send

  1. You get an email confirming we received it, with links to the free guides.
  2. You hear back within one business day (tell us the best window below).
  3. We listen, then the right independent local advisor builds a short list checked against state inspection records.

If we're not the right resource

Some situations need something different, and you deserve a straight answer fast:

Skilled nursing (24-hour medical care, hospital discharge to "rehab"): work with the hospital's case manager or discharge planner; that's their specialty, and it's outside what we do.
Hospice-primary situations: your hospice's social worker is the right guide.
Medi-Cal-only budgets: private placement options are honestly thin. Ask about the state's Assisted Living Waiver and your county's Aging and Disabilities resources.
Concerned someone is being abused or neglected: LA County Adult Protective Services, (877) 477-3646.
Someone in immediate danger or crisis: call or text 988, or 911 for emergencies.
